     These Stock Certificates are privately issued in hard copy form – they will not be available in any stock

brokers or Wall Street digital or virtual records. The Certificate will be securely mailed to your given address via certified mail, with return receipt requested. GBS will maintain optical records of every payment, and Stock Certificate
